This is a typical home located in SoCal. The owners bought it with plans to expand its size and improve its look. It's
not in bad condition here, but it definately needs updating. Let's see what happens.

They started with installing a much needed sprinkler
system. Their intentions were to improve the landscaping, but without the water to maintain it, what's the point,
right?

The yard is built back up and the exterior is replaced. There is still a good amount of work to be done, but you can
see it's shaping up wonderfully. Notice the arch added over the garage to tie the look together, adding a nice touch of
class.

They wanted a Spanish/Mediterranean look, but that gets a little pricey. We used good quality architectural shingles
for the roof, in just the right color, and added a custom tile trim to capture this impressive look for them, with
significant savings in their pocket!

This was an old bathoom that was falling apart. The entire room needed to be gutted and everything replaced. It was
in bad shape.

The homeowner wanted a pedastal
sink, but also needed space for towels & storage. We found the best of both in this sink with a shelf and bottom drawer.
It still gets the look, but includes the necessary essentials.

This was simply a wall wherein we altered it to gain room for
a built-in China Cabinet. The arch conforms to the Meditteranean style of the home.

Interior lighting accentuates china and glassware. Drawers
and additional cabinets below for silverware and linens makes table setting a pleasure.
